This month, we’ll focus on Chair Dance Foundations - using your body, movement, and presence to create a sexy and unforgettable experience for a person who receives while seated on a chair.
This workshop is designed for all experience levels - whether you’re brand new to dance or already comfortable on the floor. Come solo or with a friend or partner (no problem to practice with an empty chair if you prefer!), and leave with new moves, a deeper connection to your body, and a playful, powerful edge to your expression.

SPICY MOVES is a playful, confidence-building monthly dance workshop where you’ll learn the art of sensual movement and tease - building skills you can bring to the dance floor or use to captivate a partner. Each month begins with learning a new technique, followed by open format time to practice, explore, and show off your moves.
In a supportive, low-pressure environment, you’ll develop your own style while learning techniques that enhance presence, connection, and confidence. Each session explores a different element - from rhythm and flow to eye contact, musicality, and body awareness - helping you cultivate a magnetic presence that’s impossible to resist.
what to expect:
7:00 - 7:15: Arrival
7:15 - 7:30: Warm Up & Embodiment - Drop into your body, release inhibition, and build presence through guided warm-ups that prepare you to move with intention and ease.
7:30 - 8:15: Featured techniques demo & guidance (Chair Dance foundations)
8:15 - 8:45: Open Practice: Show Off Your Moves - This is your time to practice, play, make new friends, learn from one another, and explore what you've learned in an open format. We’ll play some sexy tunes, and you can experiment &. build confidence through practice.
8:45 - 9:00: Cool Down & Integration - Ground the experience with a guided cool down designed to help you integrate what you discovered; about your body, your power, and your capacity for presence and pleasure.
Taisha Monique
Taisha is a former professional dancer who's spent the last decade helping people remember that movement is medicine.
After dancing for artists like Missy Elliott, Snoop Dogg, Miley Cyrus, and Shakira, she discovered her true calling: guiding others to use dance and movement as therapy for their minds, bodies, and spirits. Her teaching style is rooted in motivation, encouragement, and genuine joy - she lights up watching people glow, grow, and win.
Whether you're already fit and looking to loosen up, on a wellness journey, or just need to shake off the stagnation, Taisha creates space for you to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and reconnect with your inner power.

What is the start and end time?
Please arrive between 7pm and 7:15.
The class will start promptly at 7:15, and the event ends at 9:00pm.
Do I need to bring a partner to dance with?
Nope! You do not need a partner to participate and are welcome to come solo if you’d like!
Is play allowed at this event?
This is a sensual-focused learning and embodiment event. Sensual moves related to the dance techniques are permitted and encouraged, but sexual touching and play is not allowed at this event.
Will people be getting naked?
No. For sensual & striptease techniques, attendees may remove some layers if desired, but we ask that everyone please at minimum keep their underwear on at this event. Please note that it is also perfectly valid & normal to keep your clothes on if you prefer.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is 21+ only, and you will need to show ID at the door
Will there be food & drinks provided?
We’ll provide water. Feel free to bring any other beverages you’d like to enjoy for after the demo & tutorial has concluded.
