8:45 - 9:15 Open format - Meet, mingle, watch, learn, and try out the techniques you’ve learned, with optional guidance if requested. We’ll play some tunes, and you can hang out, chat and have fun.
What is CNC roleplay?
Consensual “Non-Consent” (CNC) Roleplay is a dynamic where one partner playfully takes on the role of persuading, pressuring or overpowering, while the other embodies resistance. . Research consistently shows that power-exchange fantasies are among the most common across all genders, yet they are rarely discussed with the nuance and care they deserve. What is the start and end time?
Please arrive between 7pm and 7:10.
The discussion will start promptly at 7:15, and the event ends at 9:15pm.
Do I need to bring a partner?
Nope! Regardless of whether you are a Dom, sub, switch, or just curious, you are welcome to come solo if you’d like! We’ll be teaching some techniques that can be practiced without a partner, there will be other solo attendees you can pair with if you’d like, and also our facilitators will be available to pair with people who want to practice techniques that are taught in the workshop (whether dominant, submissive, or both). Plus, there will be plenty of interesting things happening if you just prefer to watch & socialize.
Is play allowed at this event?
This is a BDSM-focused social & learning event. During the open format time, all kinds of bdsm-oriented play, sensation play, sensual touching and light impact are allowed & encouraged. Sexual play and hand-to-genital contact are not allowed at this event. Specifics of any intended play must be discussed & agreed with your play partner prior to starting your play scene.
Will people be getting naked?
No. If you want to experience more skin contact during the open format section of the evening, you are welcome to take of a layer, but as this is not a play party, we ask that everyone please at minimum keep their underwear on at this event. Please note that it is also perfectly valid & normal to keep your clothes on for this event - in which case we recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is 21+ only, and you will need to show ID at the door
Will there be food & drinks provided?
We’ll provide water. Feel free to bring any other beverages you’d like to enjoy for after the demo & tutorial has concluded.
