UPLOAD TEST RESULTS

Your Safety and Well-Being Matter!

Upload your recent STI test results here to secure your wristband at event check-in, and help foster a safer, more confident experience at the event.

To be valid, test results must :

  • be collected within 1 month prior to the event date (e.g. for an event on 3/15, tests collected on 2/15 and later will be accepted, 2/14 and earlier will not)

  • show negative results for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis

  • display your name as it appears on your ID (if your results are multiple pages and some don’t have your name, upload a screen recording)

Your data privacy is important to us, and we will delete all submitted files from our systems after our team has verified your results.

IMPORTANT Disclaimers

Lovely Fate encourages STI testing as a proactive step toward fostering a safer and more informed community. However, receiving or wearing an STI wristband does not guarantee that an individual is STI-free, nor does it eliminate the risk of transmission.

While we review all submitted test results for accuracy and date validity, we are unable to independently verify the authenticity of the documents beyond what is provided, nor can we account for any potential exposures that may occur after testing, or for any infections beyond those that we require test results for. As such, wristbands should not be relied upon as a sole measure of health and safety.

STI wristbands are intended only as a tool to encourage open conversations around informed consent and responsible play. We strongly encourage all attendees to engage in direct and honest discussions about sexual health, boundaries, and risk awareness.

By attending a Lovely Fate event, you acknowledge and accept that:

  1. There are inherent risks associated with attendance, including potential exposure to STIs

  2. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety decisions.

  3. Lovely Fate assumes no liability for any health outcomes related to event participation.

We believe that safety and pleasure go hand in hand. Prioritizing communication, consent, and regular testing helps create an environment where everyone can explore with confidence and care.
