These Terms of Purchase apply to all ticket purchases made through LF Live LLC (“LF Live,” “we,” “our”).

1. Event Tickets

LF Live produces ticketed themed events, educational workshops, and immersive performance experiences.
Each ticket grants entry to the specific event listed at the time of purchase.

Event dates, times, and locations are shown on the event page and confirmation email.

2. Payment Authorization

By completing checkout, you:

• Authorize LF Live LLC to charge your selected payment method for the listed amount
• Confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method
• Agree to these Terms of Purchase and our Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. LF Live does not store full card details.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available here:

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

4. Event Changes

Event schedules, performers, facilitators, or details may change without notice.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is canceled.

5. Entry Requirements

LF Live events are 21+, and government issued photo ID is required for entry.

LF Live reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, code of conduct violations, or disruptive behavior.

6. Liability

LF Live provides events for entertainment and educational purposes. By attending, you accept normal risks associated with live events and participation in activities. For certain events, we may require attendees to complete a waiver prior to entry.

7. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Purchase.
