GOOD GRIEF (w Leah & Shayna)
Release & Heal Your Grief in a Sacred Ceremony
In many ancient cultures, grieving with community was central to the healing process. In modern Western society, we’ve largely forgotten the power of collective support, which can leave us emotionally stuck and unable to properly move forward with our lives.
Whether you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one, relationship, pet, job, the dream of a future life, or anything else meaningful, this workshop provides a safe space to honor that loss and begin the process of healing and being able to move on.
Through a cacao ceremony, sacred sharing circle, Envision yoga, and sound healing, we will support each other as we take the first steps toward letting go and moving forward with love and grace.

From Grief to Grace: A Healing Journey of Letting Go and Moving On
We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating a sense of warmth and connection. From there, we’ll move into a sacred sharing circle, where each participant is invited to share their story of loss in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we will affirm the importance of each person's experience, to acknowledge and celebrate that which was lost.
The healing portion of the event will begin with Envision yoga, a powerful new practice which combines the the transformative effects of bilateral stimulation with gentle yoga movements in order to help us fully embody the intention of letting go. Through sound healing and and guided meditation, we will offer deep energetic cleansing and calming vibrations to soothe the heart and mind. These practices are designed to provide you with the support and tools needed to take the first steps in releasing and moving on.
Finally, we will close with a community support circle and a blessing, sending each participant off with a renewed sense of peace, strength, and collective support. This workshop is a return to the wisdom of ancient traditions, reminding us that grieving is not meant to be done alone. Through the power of community, we offer you a space to process your grief and begin moving forward with love and grace.
*Please note that this event includes some mild yoga postures in the Envision Yoga portion
